Can’t believe this app is free and ad free. Been using it for over a year and it’s perfect for my needs. It’s very simple, you can build workouts, track progress, all in a sleek app. Feature request: love to see trend lines for super sets over time. Thanks!

Great starter workout app!
This is a great workout app and probably one of the best ones I had found when I initially started working out. I used this app for probably two years. It’s simple, easy to use, and has a really nice interface. It does almost everything you need without all the extra bloat of other apps. Eventually, I switched to a more complex app because I wanted additional features that didn’t seem like they were in the Gains pipeline, which is fine. The only real downside to the Gains app is that you can’t plan future workouts and it’s not possible to re-order sets and routines if your workout changes while you’re doing it. This app is really designed to enter your workout as you’re doing it. If you use the routine feature and have it bring the sets in from that you can’t re-order them if you do them out of order from what is shown. As a Taipei personality that kind of annoyed me. Otherwise, though, this is a perfect app for most people starting out in the gym or just casual gym goers. Highly recommend!!!

Great workout tracking
It’s a great app, with some minor bugs. I would gladly pay to buy the full featured version, but I am not going to pay a subscription.

Looks clean, tracks exercises, sets and weights as needed. Shows previous numbers when you do an exercise again so you can easily remember where you were last time. Wish a couple things from the subscription were free, but that's what makes people pay I guess. Kinda wish there was a one time purchase option instead of a subscription. Even free though, this app is great and does everything I need it to.

Well designed and thought out
I’ve been using this app for over a year now. It is beautifully designed but more importantly I enjoy how detailed and visual all my traction can be. Has all the details I want to specify things. Most apps who have a fraction of these features feel bulky and confusing and look gross. This one is easy to navigate and has more features than others I’ve found.

Finally a free gym tracking app thats actually free!! Definitely download worth a try.
Nice app
App is perfect. Im not a solid routine type of guy but I do like to track my progress. This app is perfect for freestyle type of lift sessions. You can also build routines if that’s more your speed.

Love - Would like Apple Watch Compatiblity
Really like this app. It’s the most clean and aesthetically pleasing workout tracker I’ve seen so far (and yes that matters to me LOL). Would love if there was apple watch compatibility down the line, or maybe it’s in the works ?. Definitely recommending to my friends and I like how I don’t really need to attach my exercise to a routine. Sometime sal I just do whatever is readily available in gym.

A lot of set up required
Takes a long time to create routines. Most of my workouts weren’t in the app so they had to be added manually. The app crashed after about 15 minutes of setup and lost my routine. Decent enough once fully set up and you learn all the kinks.
Super, everything you need, no nonsense
I love this app! It’s everything I want in a simple format. Easy to use, nice design, very flexible for different workout approaches. It has everything - custom exercises, super sets, charts of progress, a rest timer, visibility when in other apps via “Dynamic Island”, everything I need (and want)! Only dislike is the neon green color (but one could pay to modify the accent color, in addition other more useful features in the pay version - which I haven’t tried). Super duper app!

Best Workout App
I’ve tried just about every workout app. Not only is this simple, but it’s not pushing you to buy the premium version. You can create as many routines as you want and create new exercises if it’s not in their extensive list of exercises. I 100% recommend anyone looking to track their workouts use this app!

Great App
I’ve tried a bunch of workout tracker apps and this is by far the best one. Very simple and easy to use would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve in the gym.

Only workout you need!
Simple, intuitive, easy to use, fully featured. What more can I say? I tried a dozen other apps and none came close to this one! Recommend to all my friends!
