Dashboard reports display surprisingly well on mobile.
Could be better
I love the app but there are way too many bugs. For example when you try to use filters the screen goes white and you have to close the app. Please make it more straight forward and easy to use.
iPad version?
Hi, an iPad version would be excellent...phone format is a little small! I know I can use a browser but a native iPad app could boost productivity.
Mobile access to GS on a small screen is great
While traveling and commuting, getting quick access to customer information and current updates is invaluable. Plus, the well designed GUI fits nicely on my phone screen and gives me exactly what I need anywhere, anytime. Highly recommended!

This has quickly become an indispensable way for me to regularly use Gainsight. It’s now my preferred method for reviewing and entering timeline. On my phone I can now use voice typing!

Useless - can’t login with Salesforce
Wasn’t tested with iPad or with smaller iOS screens (eg iPhone SE) so that user can’t scroll down to click Continue button on Salesforce screen. Totally useless.
