Gets worse and worse
With this new update, this useless app is always “connecting 0%...” With every new update, it gets slower and slower. Switching surveillance cameras as we do not feel safe running this app.
I am now unable to watch my playbacks - what is the point in having this if I can’t go back and view what my camera recorded?!

Useless
I had this app for more than 2 years, always has problem . I have to change it , it’s useless
Improving, but not good enough
Constantly have to reboot the iPad to get this app to work. Been complaining for months, but no action. Finally had to change to Guard Viewer.
Won’t allow more than 2 members
Doesn’t allow more than 2 members to use the app. If a third person downloads the app, one persons app won’t work.

Very slow and very basic, and mostly long time to load .
