Absolute garbage app with zero accountability. The platform is completely mismanaged, and knowing that Isaac runs the operations explains exactly why it is such a disaster. Customer support is non-existent, the tracking is completely broken, and dealing with their management team is a total nightmare. Save your time and use any other home service platform

THEY’RE SCAMMERS
They get all your sensitive information and don’t even open the account. Be careful!! Me and my partner tried to open an account and they even asked my partner’s credit card PASSWORD. They are scammers, there’s no other explanation!
Shady, Greedy, Dishonest.
Avoid this company - very shady. Not worth it and forces pros to overcharge.
They take 30% minimum of the pro’s job income (used to be lower, and increases to 40% if they get low ratings).
They also make pros pay 30-40% of material costs to them out of their remaining income, but don’t allow the pros to charge this to customers or tell them about it - basically forcing pros to take unneeded risk or work for less then minimum wage or even a loss.
Additionally, they use scare tactics and contracts to attempt to force silence or compliance from pros and customers - look up reviews on trust pilot and similar websites.
Extremely shady, and they seem to be having trouble retaining
pros, so I’d be careful using this platform.

Great and easy to use. Very reliable
They don’t care about pros and customers.
I was working as a pro for GP quite some time and then what I realized for the smaller jobs. Maybe it’s not a big deal but when you get larger work, they charge 30% on top of the Handy Man price or the contractor price. What it makes they trying to make money and become a rich with scamming peoples so basically the marketplace of any kind of job if they are costing, let’s say hundred dollar now in in order as a handyman to make $100 you have to provide with the code of like $50 +30% so to cover Jiffy expense otherwise as a pro you will lose a lot of money if you just caught in as a regular price in the market so that’s why I think it’s better just a customers to hire local Handy demands instead of those corporation.
