Worst app ever
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It was craptastic. My husband (the coach) couldn’t receive chat notifications. My friend had to actually turn her phone off and back on to get it to open… EVERY TIME. It is not user friendly in the least. We are back to team snap this season THANK GOODNESS!!

Easy to Use
The software is easy to use and forms are easy to find and run. It made the management of the team much easier this season. The app has a few issues, but does what it’s supposed to do. The desktop software is great, though, with excellent functionality. With a little upgrade to the app, this would get 5 stars.

This app is extremely Useful
This app gives me all of the information about my son's team and schedule. I highly recommend using it if your club is on the GameBeast platform.
Does way more than TeamSnap
You can register for a new season. Pay a bill, fill out forms… teamsnap is a social media toy
Not a great app!
This app is really not that great. It crashes every time you open it, you can not clear notifications and there is no way to sync the games to a calendar. Needs major updates!

This app is OK. But for the love of God please get rid of the notification that sits on the app. It’s been there for months and it drives me up a wall.

Horrible! I’ve managed and/or been involved with many teams over the past 9 years and this is the worst app I’ve ever used! So bad that we opted to PAY for another one this season. Availability doesn’t work as you’d expect, IF you can even get into the app! I haven’t even tried to use on the admin side yet because I can’t even get into it.

This app stinks
Always crashing! Just get T-Snap, I never had an issue with it. I’m not sure why anyone would switch to this application. Literally every time I click on a player the app crashes… it’s comical.
App not useable
This app is extremely difficult to use as it crashes every time it is opened or any attempts to switch between multiple teams. Have not found a way to synchronize the schedules to my phone’s calendar and am forced to manually enter everything in there (hoping nothing changes or we will unfortunately be out of luck). Does not appear to have any mechanism to sharing photos with teammates. Or individual message streams among groups of parents. Unfortunately compared to many other apps out there for managing teams, this one is lacking a lot of features and usability. It’s going to be a difficult year with two teams on this app unfortunately.

Needs a big upgrade. I don’t see how our organization went To this app. Team snap was wonderful.
Not ready
This app is clunky and not ready. There are so many features missing from the user experience. You cannot add another user through the app, no live scoring, minimal chat capabilities, I can’t tell if we are the home or away team, etc. The list goes on. This app needs some serious upgrades and added functionality before I would recommend it to another club.

Very helpful app! Takes care of all the management headaches for you and puts everything in one place right on the app. the customer support is also always helpful!
Made hockey life easy
Have used Game Beast for a year on desktop. Now switched to the app. This is simply the most superior program out there to run a club. Now in the post covid world, this is the way to concentrate on the ice and leave the details to this app

I see people not liking it because of its flaws. Still early in development, but they are always available for customer support
Not ready and not getting better
Crashes every time you use the app. To see my schedule on the go I need to delete then reinstall the app, log in again THEN if I am lucky it will work for 5 minutes. Based on the past reviews they are not working to fix this app. I would avoid at all cost.

Useless
This app is clearly not ready to do anything it claims. Crashes, signs me out, information in roster and schedule is there one moment, gone the next. Cannot switch between multiple kids without issues. Free: you get what you pay for.

Understand why it’s a free app. Needs a lot of work. It is not ready for use. Constantly crashes. Good concept but not well executed.
