Bad everything!!!
I booked my first lap swimming session directly at the facility and asked for an invoice, but never received it there. The following weekend, I booked two more sessions through the app and still didn’t receive any invoices.
What followed was almost 3 weeks of constant follow-ups through email and support tickets raised in the app, just to get a basic invoice. I eventually received it, but the amount of effort required was unreasonable.
Providing invoices should be a standard and automated process for any business, especially one that already has an app. If invoice generation isn’t available inside the app, invoices should at least be sent automatically via email after every booking/payment.
Many corporate employees rely on invoices to claim reimbursements through workplace fitness and wellness policies. Making this process difficult directly affects customer experience and retention. In fact, customers may choose competing facilities simply because they provide invoices promptly and hassle-free.
Please take this seriously and introduce a proper automated invoicing system so customers can access invoices easily without repeated follow-ups.

Sign up if you want to swim in green goop
If it rains a little, they will shut down the pool and not inform the customer and we are only supposed to find out after reaching there (our time wastage notwithstanding). Other times the pool has been green not blue because they didn’t get a chance to filter water. Last time they told me it’s safe to swim in that green water and so I did only to end up with an eye infection for 3-4 days and having to avoid pool all week. Went again today to find out it was even greener and decided not to swim. No one at the pool wants to take accountability- only thing they have to say is - we are coaches, please contact site incharges in badminton area- you go there they will see please write escalation mail as we can’t do anything. That’s the level of ownership of the team with every issue. Regret signing up for annual plan. Will highlight with images on social media warning others .

Each update brings a bug
have signed up for their academy and annual plan. Since the last update I cant book classes or courts.
Signing up for an annual plan with game theory was a mistake. At the time of signing they had said for academy you can choose two sports, book upto 6 classes and 1:6 coach student ratio.
Once signed up, i cant seem to book classes. cant get to their support. And they change the student:coach ratio based on their whims. And we are just supposed to accept it because we have already paid for it.

[Resolved] Membership signup issue
I paid for 6 months via their in app service and razor pay confirms the payment but when I go into the app there’s no mention of it.
I even went to their support and support redirects to a WhatsApp message which says they cannot help with anything.
Completely ridiculous because I do pay for their services day by day but this membership seems like fraud and in line with what I’ve read on Reddit
Update: The membership came through after some time, someone from support contact me a few days later to enquire about the issue

Very bad customer support
I made the payment for the gold swimming classes package on 2nd Dec 2025, but the classes are still not reflecting on my account. Multiple calls and pleas made through the app. The issue is still not resolved. The customer support care system is pathetic. I would not recommend this app to anyone who wants to purchase a plan for any of the games. The app has a lot of limitations and needs to be upgraded.

Pathetic service and Cheating tactics
Cheaters of first order. When you sign up, they give you multiple sessions as an option, but as you advance and are trying to complete your classes, they purposefully cut down on number of available sessions forcing you to not complete your classes. Look for individual coaching classes rather than falling for these cheats.

Worst after sale customer service
Had purchased their subscription a few weeks back trying to access the invoice since then, the app doesn't work for a subscription invoice (daily game invoices are downloadable from app), tried contacting on WhatsApp none responds multiple tries, after few days they just asks for review

Fraud App – Took My Money and Ghosted Me
Absolutely pathetic and fraudulent service. Money was deducted and you promised a refund within 24 hours, but it has been 5 DAYS and there is still no refund. Customer care is a complete joke — no one picks up calls, and your so-called WhatsApp support is totally unresponsive. This is nothing but cheating users and holding their money hostage. If you can’t manage refunds or basic support, you shouldn’t be running an app that handles people’s money. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Do NOT trust this app with your money.

Worst support and experience
One of de worst company and their support really pathetic. Never respond to chat messages for help and no way to communicate. I took a year subscription for my son and now they shutdown the location and no directions on next steps. Still the subscription has 230+ days left.

One of the best apps for community focused games
I have been playing community pickleball games at the JP Nagar Game Theory Centre and have always had a great experience with the management.
The centre folks are very friendly and approachable. The coaches are also amazing and very supportive.

I really enjoy the swimming classes! The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the environment is great. The trainers are very professional and explain everything clearly. A special thanks to Coach Ashok, he teaches me so well and makes learning fun. I love going to swimming now! Highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn or improve.

Worst experience
Worst app experience for a sport enthusiast.
Even basic functionality not working and you can expect only delay upon raising the concern. For me my plan was not visible at first that took 24hrs in their time which was equivalent to 3weeks in my time line.
Now they promise to give me game coins for every check in I do only to see them expire the next day with no info of expiration shown in app.

App is full of bugs
While I like the experience at their centers, the app is full of bugs
1. Profile options disappear - u have to logout each time
2. Data doesn’t load - by default it will say no classes for the day - however, on refresh - classes will be available
3. Even if u login from new account - it keeps showing last account details - need you to log out and login at least twice for it to work !

Amazing Experience!!
Game Theory makes finding games and coaching a breeze. The video highlights are super cool, and the game insights with GOAT Vision actually help you improve. If you play for fun but still want to get better, this is a no-brainer.
Unable to manage any bookings
The app doesn’t let you cancel/reschedule the bookings. I tried multiple times to do this and it always gives me a white screen. Basically you will not be able to manage any of your bookings. This is problematic as their support is not available round the clock and won’t be able to help you cancel.

The Indiranagar Game Theory has been in a neglected state for a while now. The courts are not well maintained. The tin on the bottom is peeling of in the only available court now. The other court is completely unusable for months if not more than a year now And on top of that the new guy who manages the courts now is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to behave with customers. At the end of our slot, we were in the middle of a game and he went ahead and turned off the court lights and fans even though the slot was completely free. Is this the level of courtesy you extend to regular customers?

We went to the court a little late (8:25 ish). The court lights were on. Nobody at the desk. So we called the number on the desk.

After which he started arguing that he couldn’t let us play because we should have been there at 7:50AM.
After which he went ahead and turned off the court lights just like the last time and went off somewhere.
Only after I found him and scolded him to let us play in the slot that we paid for did he turned the lights back on.
I’m getting tired of the misbehaviour of the staff and the utter carelessness of whoever is managing this Gametheory centre.
My attempts to reach out for help in the app have been as expected useless
