What does this do?
I put in some terms and directions as to what to do with messages containing those terms… and then what? I get no notifications or counts or anything to let me know what is going on. Recommended by a Firewall builder, but why..?

Didn’t work at all
I put in the names of exact contacts to filter and it did nothing. Tried a few different times and ways and did nothing. On IOS 18
Great little app
Free. Works well. Only wish that 1) it would not be case- sensitive 2) I would be able to see the “deleted” messages in spam folder in case a legit message was caught. This app has saved me from hundreds of unwanted political texts!

To Be Determined. (Rated '3' to give benefit of the doubt.) Instructions say to go to Settings/Apps/Messages then select 'Unknown and Spam'. I am on iPad OS 18.3 and there is no option for 'Unknown and Spam.' So I cannot finish installation. Is the App obsolete?

Hi, I can confirm that there is "Unknown and Spam" if you scroll down. It is under Messages Filtering section. Write me an email from the app if you are in trouble.

It just stopped working last month
It worked great for a few months but the last block September 30 after that it stopped working update my phone operating system now working again.

Thank you for the feedback. Indeed there was a fix following iOS 18 that was breaking the app. Now it is fixed.

When I got this, the iOS 18 update had broken it. A fast fix by the developer, and it's perfect. The developer is responsive and friendly, always a plus.

Not working
So far I have had the app for around 24 hrs but it has yet to stop any of the many texts I’m getting from political groups. I set up all the key words.

Sorry for the inconvenience. iOS 18 update broke the app but it has been fixed since so you can enjoy freely the app on the new update. Thanks for choosing the app in the first place.
