GAP is the Best!
All my casual clothes all year round come from the GAP. Also all the gifts that I buy come from the GAP and that’s a lot! From Baby GAP, Children’s GAP, women’s and men’s GAP. I’ve yet to have a return and that’s saying a lot as I have been shopping the GAP well over 20 years. The online shopping is really great for me since I became Disabled 14 years ago and can no longer drive
My niece in Australia says that the GAP baby and toddler clothes are wonderful much better quality than the quality
of Baby and Toddler wear of Australia . She was so thankful that I sent Baby GAP and so much of it. As I sent huge boxes at Christmas and for each of their birthdays.

Constantly freezes
Would be a great app if it didn’t continuously freeze after a certain point, every time I reach the same items it freezes and the app stops working so I’m never able to see the items underneath where it crashes, please fix this!!
The Classics
I’m an old school Gap girl. I’m 58 & have been wearing Gap clothes since I was about 12 yo. It’s rare I’ve had to return or exchange much. For what I’ve bought, the sizes are usually consistent. Finally, the quality is outstanding. I’ve rarely regretted any purchase from The Gap. Thank you for 46 yrs of excellent clothes & service.

It’s redirecting me to shop in Canada, but I’m based in the US. I can’t complete purchases or browse inventory properly.

I really love Gap and their clothing (material is good quality); but, I think it’s time for a drastic change. It seems like most of the styles stay the same, just tweaked a tad! I’m no expert or creative but I’m ready for a little change!! Please

Long time Gap girl
I have been shopping at the gap for like 50 years. I’m tall and they have the best jeans sweaters dresses you name it. I’ll be a gap girl woman until the day I die. They also have the best sales.
Separate out the carts !!
To the developers: PLEASE bring back the ability to have separate carts for the separate brands on the separate apps, and not ONE CART across all brands and apps!! I have ON, BR and Gap apps. I put things in carts and watch prices at each separate store. I check out accordingly FOR THAT STORE ONLY. I don’t want to buy Gap clothes in my ON app, etc. Annoying and not user-friendly!! I know I can do “save for later” but that is annoying and we should NoT be forced to do that.
