Keep your training plan, workout log and personal bests in one place.
Garage Strength helps you follow a program, record what you actually did and see your progress over time. Use it in a garage gym, at home or in a gym.
YOUR NEXT WORKOUT, READY
See the session scheduled for today, choose a program start date from a calendar or begin an open workout. Build your own plan, customize the included eight-week program or create a plan from supported training goals and the equipment you have.
LOG THE WORK YOU DO
Enter weight and reps for each set, record timed exercises and add or remove sets as your session changes. Finish early when you need to. An unfinished workout saves your entries and opens where you left off when you return.
SEE YOUR PERSONAL BESTS
Review completed workouts, training consistency and program progress. Workout summaries highlight new personal records. Estimated one-rep-max values are labelled as estimates. An optional Athlete Score adds a game-style progression scale for seven performance measurements, with untested measurements left unrated.
BRING YOUR PROGRAM WITH YOU
Import a PDF, photo, screenshot or pasted text. Review the recognized text, match exercises and check the program before saving. Imported programs stay private. Recognition happens on your device; reviewed text saved in a program can sync with your account.
EXPLORE HOW MOVEMENT WORKS
Browse supported anatomy, sport and calisthenics topics. Play a movement sequence or drag its timeline to inspect the illustrated phases and muscle roles. Explore supported goals and review a suggested program before choosing to save it.
KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR TRAINING
Record optional bodyweight measurements, choose pounds or kilograms and use a rest reminder when you want one. Saved training data supports offline logging and synchronizes when you reconnect. Manage your data, export a backup or delete your account from Profile.
All features in this release are free. A Garage account is required. An internet connection is needed for signing in and online features; an existing signed-in account can log cached workouts offline. No wearable is required.
Garage Strength provides training education and logging, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Athlete Score is a playful progression scale, not a population percentile or health assessment.
