Huge inconvenience and broken
This app is very broken. This app kicks me out and in a bad night it’ll kick me a few time throughout the shift. I gets lots of errors 429 too many requests and 502 html bad gateway. The response is slow when trying to upload a picture and or a response and it times out very quickly. I have done everything from installing and reinstalling from restarting my iOS 14 pro max iPhone to closing out the app and or logging out and signing back in. Some times it’ll fix its self but last night was the worst. Theirs been many times it lags and has a hard time responding and send multiple images and responses and then freezes and or closing its self out. Or a message will pop up saying I left the premises when if fact I was still on the job sight. Not only that when I message my boss about the issues he’ll inform me that the app is down everywhere. This has been happening since I started my security job this past end of August of 2023. This is severely interfering with my job and slowing me way down. I was told bye my boss that their should be an update for this app at some point today. I have no clue I have checked for the up date throughout the day and so far nothing. I even went to my phone carrier and they found nothing for the Gard update. If all these issues don’t get fixed then this Gard app is completely useless.
