The problem start in the very beginning. Is extremely slow app and constantly gives errors. Impossible to use. Such a disappointment from a well-known company.

This app is so disappointing. I’m not sure the last time it was updated but nothing works and nothing is loading. I was hoping for this to work so badly. Anytime I try submit info it doesn’t work.
