Slow & unresponsive
The problem start in the very beginning. Is extremely slow app and constantly gives errors. Impossible to use. Such a disappointment from a well-known company.

Handy app for my phone. Liked the many how to topics and finding my grow zone.

Nothing works but the download. Everything else doesn’t load.

This app is so disappointing. I’m not sure the last time it was updated but nothing works and nothing is loading. I was hoping for this to work so badly. Anytime I try submit info it doesn’t work.

The app keeps crashing after you try to make an account. It says no internet connection to the burpee servers.
Doesn’t work very well
Can never use the app for anything other than looking at seed varieties. Anything that requires input gives me an error message. Does not allow me to log into my Burpee account even.

So sad! I am a Burpee customer but this app doesn’t work. It will not connect to there servers and you can’t use it to do anything including plan a garden! ☹️
So Buggy
Can't even log into my Burpee account. Can't create a new Burpee account. Constantly popping up that it can't connect to the network.
I love the Burpee seed company, and was excited to find that they have an app... But I think this one needs to go back to the drawing board.

I am unable to creat an account it says I have no internet connection but I do and all my other apps are working fine.
Don’t even bother
Like another reviewer said. I’d expect a lot more from such a popular name in gardening. The app is super slow, and seems to bug out every few min.
Burpee App
I downloaded the App on my phone it won’t let me login I went on my computer created my account and logged in but the app won’t allow me to.

Really want this app to work but it is so glitchy!! I tried tapping support but it just leads you to their site. 🤷🏻♀️

This thing is so slow, it’s unusable. I don’t know where the problem lies, however with a bit of a tech background, I am lead to believe that there isn’t enough background support to service the users.

Sync internet connection
Will not let me sign in. Something about Burpee sync server and I need an Internet connection. I have an Internet connection! It’s told me this for 3 days. What do. Need to do?
Good information, slow or nonexistent garden planner
I love Burpee, and the app appears to have many useful features, however, I can’t load a garden plan to use; the software does not function properly, upgrades required.
Can't just enter the seeds i already purchased
Bought Burpee seeds at local home store. Want help tracking when and where i should plant the seeds i already own. Nowhere to search and enter. How does that help me to track my seeds?
Great idea-lots of bugs
Great concept and a nice portal to the store when it isn’t locked up. I really wanted this to work as a nice little planner for my next year’s trials. This app is unfortunately riddled with numerous bugs that make this app not as useful as I hoped.
