As we have not been able to reproduce the issue, we recommend first checking your network connection, as an unstable connection may prevent the map download page from loading properly. Please try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or switching to mobile data (4G/5G) to test again. If the issue persists, we suggest reinstalling the app. Please note that reinstalling will erase your saved routes, so we recommend exporting them as GPX files as a backup beforehand. We hope these suggestions help improve your experience. Thank you.
