Dreadful

A real pita to set up. When you do this app, my phone and Cardo can’t agree which is the controller. Consequently none of them work well. So iPhone and Cardo work fine together just forget Mytriumph 🙄

Can’t connect to my brand new bike.

Initial setup has been a nightmare. Following instructions to the letter and I can’t even connect to my brand new bike’s bluetooth on a new iPhone. Feel cheated I cannot utilize this BASIC function that was sold to me at the dealer.

No nav

App needs a version update . Can’t use nav function. iPhone 16 pro and 2024 tiger 900 gt Aragon

Just Doesn’t Work

This app just doesn’t work. Once I add my VIN, it finds & recognizes my bike. After I select the instrument cluster that matches my bike (or any, I’ve tried them all) it says: “Can't add bike! Your device's Bluetooth name exceeds the maximum limit of 22 characters (including spaces). Please shorten the Bluetooth name below this limit before starting the connection process.” There are no instructions to do this and no help links.

Has never worked

Riding a 2025 Tiger 900 Rally Pro. I tried to get this app to work when the bike was new. I try again each time the app is updated but still no luck. The app will not connect to the bike. Worthless.

FAQ

What does the My Triumph app do?

The My Triumph app provides live navigation directly on your motorcycle's TFT instruments, allowing you to plan routes with multiple destinations, record your rides, and monitor your motorcycle's status. It connects wirelessly to your Triumph motorcycle via a My Triumph Connectivity Module.

What are the key features of the My Triumph app?

Key features include live turn-by-turn navigation powered by Google, what3words location technology, route planning for up to 21 destinations, ride recording with summaries, and a 'My Garage' feature for monitoring your motorcycle's status like odometer and service intervals.

Is the My Triumph app free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use for basic functions like ride recording and sharing. However, to utilize the live navigation and other advanced features displayed on the TFT instruments, an accessory-fitted My Triumph Connectivity Module is required, which may involve a purchase.

What motorcycles is the My Triumph app compatible with?

The app is designed specifically for Triumph motorcycles equipped with the My Triumph Connectivity System and the accessory-fitted My Triumph Connectivity Module. Riders without the module can still use the app to record and share their rides.

How does the what3words navigation work?

what3words divides the world into 3-meter squares, each with a unique three-word address. The app integrates this technology, allowing you to select precise locations for navigation by simply entering the three-word address, offering a highly accurate way to pinpoint destinations.
