Inconsistencies
The app forces you to pick a reward (between 3 choices) and doesn’t let you get out of it. I can close the app and reopen it and the reward selection will still pop up. It used to let you click on “wait for sweeter reward” but I guess thats no longer a choice….also the deals button is useless because they never advertise anything in that section. It’s always just a blank screen. I thought maybe the app needed to be updated for it to properly work but there’s no update required so the app just sucks.

Login Issues
I try to login and it says that there’s no account associated with my number. I go to create an account and it says this number is already registered. Can’t find anywhere on the app to contact anyone either

Totally ridiculous trying to set up. Temporary code doesn’t work and no way to reset anything
Not very user friendly
Can’t change a phone number or add an alternate card. The application process itself was way more complex and intrusive than a simple gas rewards card ought to be.
Rewards
I had to update my app and lost all my rewards $30 some odd dollars? What’s up with that ?
