Favorites Not Functioning

Sorry for the confusion. We appreciate the feedback and are continuing to improve the app to make this clearer and easier to use. Locations can be favorited from the search results screen when you are logged in to your account. Tap the search button at the bottom of the screen and perform a route, place, or roadway search, for example “Boston, MA to Newton, MA.” The screen will update with a map view of your search, and below the “Show Results” arrow you should see a favorite button. Tapping that button will allow you to save the location to your favorites. If you need any help feel free to contact us at feedback@castlerockits.com

Hi, Green Laughter - Thanks for letting us know that you were able to see the map after you created an account. Interestingly, an account is not required to use the Mass511 app, including the map. We're hoping you can provide some additional information in case there's a bug we need to fix. Are you finding that you can only see the map when you're logged in? Any other details you can provide about times you're not able to see the map would be super helpful! If you're willing, please send additional info to pm@castlerockits.com. Thanks!

If you continue to have troubles loading the map, then please email us at pm@castlerockits.com with additional details to help us investigate. Are you connecting over WiFi or a cellular network? If cellular, which cellular network provider are you using? Thank you!
