I scanned receipts and played games won enough points to get a $5 Amazon card and never received it

Apparently my reports don’t count. I’ve reported the price for a station four times today and it always goes back to the old price.

Constantly get stuck on the loading screen it won’t open. I have the card through them and I’ll but I can never use it and when I go online, it makes me get a link through my email that just takes me to the app that won’t open wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
