Needs CarPlay Visibility!
Great app overall. But I find it annoying, distracting, and generally dangerous to have to reach for my phone to pull up the GasBuddy app to find low fuel prices.
I bought a new car last year. Love that it has wireless Apple CarPlay capability…Don’t love that I can’t use Gas Buddy in Apple CarPlay.
Would be incredibly helpful to be able to use GasBuddy in Apple CarPlay.
Please modify it for use on Apple CarPlay!

Search bar items too small
Search bar items too small , I have average size hands and fingers and these little search item under the search bar are really small.
I don't need to see 15 items at once. My top 5-8 would be great

Deceptive tactics
Charge for new card that was never requested. AI agent takes you in circles. GasBack vs points are not the same. Customer service is terrible.

I’ve been using this app and my gas buddy card long before they became so popular and since day one I’ve had nothing but positive experiences! Highly recommend!
Photo of Receipt Does NOT work!
I’ve been screwed twice now. I use this app less and less because the reliability has gone way down. No I tried using the app twice in past weeks…to take pictures of receipts… the merchant is clear as day and twice in a row… the merchant item is not validated… NO REFUND FOR ME… and where is the number to customer support for these issues?

Why are you no longer reporting Sams and Costco? Until recently we could see competitive pricing at all fuel providers and now you have omitted our favorite stops! I have been a big fan of the gas buddy app for years but it looks like you are no longer providing genuine and forthright information. Looks like Gas Buddy has been corrupted!

Inaccurate fuel prices
Some ppl just enter any price to stay at top of leaderboard. I went to a gas only because it said fuel was almost $7. Turns it was only $3 but it had been updated only hours before I corrected it. Also it show the stations that have Ethanol free.
Harder to use
I like to add or update fuel prices. They are making it harder and harder to do so.
Pop up, their site wanting you to do/join/click on something etc. very distracting to have to look for the report prices option. Used to take you right there.
Or when I click in the station icon it just gets bigger instead of opening or opens the one behind.
Please fix the app and make it user friendly.
And make it easier to add a station. Ridiculous process.

This app is always wrong prices are way off.

Favorites
Please consider creating a Favorite List to save. I’m sure I’m not alone here with having 3?or 4 stations I pick from . I don’t need to see 40 in a 30 mile radius.
Update Sucks
Since this update, the receipts i’d scanned is always too old even a current receipt. Lastly, finding the gas location become challenging. There are extra steps instead if one touch.
Station Distance
App would be better for me if it didn’t list and show on map the stations already past by and I am traveling away from.
Sign In
Every time I go to use the card I encounter some difficulty. The past time I signed in and zi couldn’t use my card. I’ve had and used the card for over a year.
Horrible app
First time you open it, it crashes and then you have to open it again. It’s been like this for a year fix it or I’m deleting it
Cities are GONE
Now you can search ONLY your area. NO more saved cities which WAS extremely helpful for every road trip or commute.

I have had gas buddy for years and have had little to no problems. I have 5 star rated it in the past, but in the last 3 weeks I haven’t been able to use my gas buddy app at all. It won’t get past the loading screen. Please fix

Bad Defaults
Why does opening the app go to the “Home” screen instead of the “Find Gas” screen? Someone just pointed out how weird that is and I agree. What even is the “Home” screen? I’ve never even scrolled it. Not once. Get rid of that or at least make the thing everyone(?) opens the app for be the default screen.
Additionally, GasBuddy is a technology company. Why can’t it muster a dark app icon?
