Doesn’t send email
Seems like I already have an account qith my email but it qon’t send verification email, not in spam folder nor inbox. I just never receive it sonI can’t use the app, that’s why I have to give 1 star
Don’t trust the prices
Have fun driving 25 minutes for a gas price that’s 30¢ more expensive than listed. People frequently list incorrect prices and there is no system to report users for it.
Daily spin is stolen if above 20 points
Was liking the app a bit even though prices are often not accurate because it depends on users to update price changes. That’s the premise so you just have to deal with incorrect pricing and correct them. One star is because literally every single time I play the daily spin game it and it’s more than 20 points, it has NEVER given the points over three weeks now. Scammers… 👎🏼

Multiple times when I spin the wheel for rewards, I am credited less than what the wheel says I have won. Does this happen to anyone else?
Card activation
My card which I have used for years quit working. I have tried every way possible to talk to someone to get it working again with no success. It is very frustrating to say the least.

Favorite gas stations I had to google to figure out how to filter by. Not good app design

I try to redeem my points for gift cards & it says not authorized. Another gift card requires email confirmation. I never get the email. I doubt I’ll even get a chance to win anything with my 3.2million points I have racked up. Terrible
Bad Defaults
Why does opening the app go to the “Home” screen instead of the “Find Gas” screen? Someone just pointed out how weird that is and I agree. What even is the “Home” screen? I’ve never even scrolled it. Not once. Get rid of that or at least make the thing everyone(?) opens the app for be the default screen.

Misleading
You can follow all of the rules, be at the right station, use the right gas, pay with their card within the right time frame only to find out that they will not honor their offer. You can spend more time contacting support and just get the runaround in an attempt to have the account corrected but for what, $2? Not worth it in my experience.

So after putting in a gas price, they said they were gonna give me a $30 gift card for something so I gave them my number or something to sign up and then I keep getting spam calls now ever since so thanks a lot for selling my information and I’m getting spam calls every day. Might have to change my number.

NOT ACCURATE
I’ve given this app so many chances but I’m done. The app is NEVER updated. Always shows that there is cheap prices but when you drive there the prices are always way higher.

Great but some problems and wanting answers
This app is great if you’re logged in. I ran into some trouble. I can’t seem to add my vehicle. I put in the year, make, and model and then it goes to the log screen for 1 second and goes back to the “add your vehicle” page. I don’t know if that’s a glitch or not.
Another problem is connecting to Facebook. I don’t know what is going on but it says that the app developer is aware of it. When can those 2 problems be fixed?
