Excellent app. I noticed some users report cash prices and other report credit prices. It should be one or the other or a way to list both.
No reward
I’ve been contacting them about my gift card I never received and get the same response, we are not in working hours and someone will get in touch with me. Never has happened
Top tier gas
Great App; it reflects real time gas prices based on customer input. It would be good if they could add a top-tier gasoline station filter.
Waste of money
Don’t waste your money. Literally type gas on Google Maps and it gives the same service for free
Inaccurate Price Reporting
Gas Buddy really needs to solve the problem of false reporting. One way is to only allow 1 reporting per day per account: most people fill up once a week, commercial drivers fill up once or maximum twice a day (truckers, taxis, realtors, delivery etc.) Also, each reporter must submit proof of price (a photo of the pump taken directly from the camera not photo gallery, matched with the app geo-location of the account holder to ensure that the pump picture actually belongs to that gas station)
It’s frustrating to drive a distance to get fuel to save a few bucks only to find out that the price is higher than the closer petrol stations.
Fix is needed, Otherwise, we’ll uninstall this app. False Reporting makes this app useless.

It’s ok
Often my app doesn’t show the lowest prices in town as it does for others. If I use the map option and scroll around I can find some lower options, but def not the lowest and I’m talking over .10 difference. Still helpful.
Not reporting all
It doesn’t report gas prices on spring mt in las Vegas nv no matter how many times I do any entry.
Broken Systems
Everything was fine with gas Buddy until I changed my phone number and my phone provider then they made an impossible for me to reopen my old account. I had to open up a new one. For almost 2 years from the other one so whatever you do be cautious with using this app and make certain that you update all of your phone information as soon as it changes because their customer support is no good and even the chats don’t achieve what needs to be accomplished when you’re talking with him in addition to that they take at least a day to get back to you if you send them any type of information and it still doesn’t resolve the issue

Top Tier
I wish that the app would indicate which gas stations are selling Top Tier gas. Not all gas is the same. If you shop only price you might be getting an inferior grade that can cost you a lot more in the long run.
Is it a scam
I have been trying for 2 weeks to redeem my points and they cannot help me for some reason. I keep getting a go around!

I submitted a request like a week ago and I still haven’t received a response.
“Flash deals” do not work
So I saw there was a deal to get points when you get fuel. Just scan a receipt. I tried to scan the receipt, it said it was too blurry. I tried again and the app accused me of trying to use a receipt twice.
It used to be good
I am having bad luck using gas buddy. The past 3 times I used it the gas shown on the app was incorrect. I wish there was a better way for people to submit prices like a photo or something, it may seem that people are submitting the incorrect info. Deleting the app

Writing another one since they deleted my previous one from the looks of it.
So they changed to a subscription model and deleted all my points.

Fix this
It is pretty much impossible to add a gas station to the app. There are two gas stations near me that have been around for years. I’ve tried many times to add them, but I can’t.
Small deposits
How can this ever work if you can’t get the money you deposited in my bank account?

I can’t get the app to open. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall and it won’t download. When I got to the website to find gas, it won’t let me activate deals.
