How can one edit or delete off log?

Using an iPhone
Often just stops working while attempting to create an appointment, notifications come through late. Security house often just phone me to let someone in because it’s not working. No updates to this software since I have installed it attempting to fix the glitches 🤨

The app works very well and it has been a major upgrade over our previous app
The only downside is when creating appointments it only allows you to select a contact and not enter a number manually
Please update this to allow once off numbers and the app will be perfect

Works OK.
But has very old looking interface.
Ps : iOS notifications do not have preview data.

Unable to delete or edit appointments
The lack in functionality to edit or delete appointments, create a security risk.
Freezing like 40% of the time
When it works, this app is a very nice tool, but it freezes very often and then you need to restart it.

Operation of this app is rough around the edges.
