Horrible interface. Takes a lifetime to load and Applepay doesn’t work and yet residents are forced to use it.
App won’t even open
On my device if you try open the app it just flickers once then closes. Can’t them open the client login from their webpage either.
Terrible
It forced me to logout. Now it refuses to let me log back in to reset my password. It even says my email address is invalid. Can’t buy electricity and I’m running out. Apple pay doesn’t work and it never saves your card details. Glitches all the time
What are the fees for?

Worst app and company ever.
Honestly the most uselss app and the worst company I have dealt with ever.
This should be a 0 star
We are forced to use this app for utilities and yet sometimes the funds you put in don’t reflect, or if you uninstall and reinstall this app(I had to after the last update), when resetting my password, there was no text on the buttons to submit the request. The worst part of it that we are charged R50 to use an app that is not good. When you also check your historical data, it doesn’t show stuff correctly.
We don’t even get notified if your electricity is running low, you only get an sms, after you’ve been cut off, and it takes some minutes to be connected again.
