Worst app ever
The first app looked like a two year old built. The new app cant even log you in. Just sits there spinning. Try the log in by phone number that doesn't work either. No otp sent. Pretty pathetic releasing something so unfinished
App not working
I do not know who writes your apps! But, this app just does not work! It continually tells me to upgrade the app which I have already done.

Worse customer service ever
They never resolve the issue , I got a router but there was no installation and it took me more that 3 months to cancel dispute reaching out on the app and on WhatsApp and they just kept transferring me every time I asked for assistance. I had to open a complaint with ISPA to get help. Now there a new app but I can’t access it as it says I should update the app but it doesn’t open .

Does not update
I can’t use the app because it ask me to update and when i click on update it take me to the App Store where the app just says open and not update. After deleting the Webafrica app and installing again I still sit with the same issue
