FOR YARD OWNERS Draw your yard on aerial imagery. Trace the rows where the bays actually are — a street map was never enough to place them accurately. Then be told what is wrong with it. Rows that collide are named, with the number of bays they overlap. A negative rate will not save, and neither will a yard that accepts no vehicle size. Your portfolio now has tabs. Bookings and money each get their own screen. See who rents by the month. Bays let monthly are listed per yard. FIXED A bay can no longer be sold to two drivers at once.
