Micky Mouse App
Have been using this app for over 5 years because my community uses it. Seems like it is written by a high school kid working in their parents basement. The app doesn’t have basic date, selectionand other functionality 99.9% others provide. It’s Mickey Mouse functionality. If you can avoid using it do so.

Bad experience
Downloaded the app. Swiped as instructed, tried to accept terms except button doesn’t work. Tried to access terms and app got stuck. Unable to go further. Very bad experience. I can see why the reviews rank this a 2 star application. Worse is knowing that my association is paying for this service. Went to the web page and can’t log in. Same experience. My credentials don’t exist and now the burden is on me to obtain credentials. In this day and age I find it incredible that you cannot reset an account or register online. Bad product.

I hate this app
When it kicks me off after not logging in for a few weeks it always says invalid credentials. I have to reset my account everytime.
No tech support
Absolutely horrible. The worst. We are a residential community in Florida. Our Board thought they were a tiny cheaper. No support.
New update white screen
Since new update I am no longer able to access the app. As soon as it launches I am met with a white screen that lasts indefinitely. I have tried resetting the app, redownloading, and even leaving it open over night in case it was just slow to access the servers but nothing worked. Please fix

Use this often at our gated community to have friends visit, works well.

This app is genuinely one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s not intuitive at all. It needs an overhaul.
Easy to Use
This app is quick and easy to use for me to add visitors to enter my community. It integrates with my contact book too.
Constantly having to reload the app
I do not understand why our neighborhood uses this app. It is constantly requiring me to delete the app then reload.
Update wiped out credentials
Terribly buggy app that wiped out credentials for everyone in our house and you have to make a bunch of phone calls and emails to get them back. Not helpful at all.
This app never works
It’s extremely buggy, doesn’t log credentials appropriately, and almost never works. Why are we paying so much for this all as an HOA when clearly the $ aren’t going into making it any better? I’ll be encouraging my HOA to look for a new vendor that actually keeps their app working.
Update doesn’t work
They updated the app yesterday and now it doesn’t work at all. I even deleted the old app and installed the new one and nothing comes up but a general app information screen. No links to anything.

Make sure to swipe left when first opening
The intro screen doesn't make it obvious but you have to swipe left to go through all the pages before you can log in. It should be clearly explained but it isn't.
Buggy App
I have used this for 30 minutes and already identified the app has major bugs. Editing visitors on iPhone causes the UI to freak out and then you’re stuck. Can’t believe nobody identified that issue in testing prior to releasing it, or worse it was identified and they moved to production without fixing it.

Date problems
It’s easy to enter names on the permanent list, but one time visitors or vendors are a problem. I cannot change the date of the visit. It is always today, and I can select how many days. I cannot put in a visitor for tomorrow or the day after.
Can you guys add an option to send to cell numbers instead of emails!
It’s inconvenient to have to ask everyone for their emails when most people use phones to communicate via text or call. I have everyone’s number that is visiting me but not their email.

I downloaded and it is nothing but a splash screen. Is zero stars an option
Filled with glitches
This app is filled with fields that don’t work properly. The custom date field on the Visitor List will only allow you to enter the current day’s date without a date range. The same is true for the Vacation page. This essentially makes the app useless. It inconveniences the visitor, the owner, and security as more follow up is required. FIX IT!

Where is the epass option?
I just moved into a new community using this app and they gave us screen grabs that show how to send a pass using the envelope icon. There is no icon on my visitor list page! What happened to it? Can you send an epass using this app or not?
