Nothing works on the app, pointless to have.
There is a delay
This app has never worked. There is always a delay so nothing loads. I can’t see what devices are connected or anything. Probably going to switch companies.

I can’t even navigate to the part where I can set time limits for my kids now. This app sucks and the internet is always lagging.

They are so bad I may actually go back to mediacom.

This app is the worst. Half the time it doesn’t work. I just get a spinning circle and I can’t even access my devices to turn them on and off!
