GX patch scan faulty
The camera for gx patch scan doesn’t focus, preventing scan, so the patches are useless
App sucks
This is a huge waste of money. I spent how much on the patches and it’s the stupid app that doesn’t work? First off - why do I even need a stupid app? But I have now downloaded it twice, and either I am immediately logged out as soon as I log in or I get a “something went wrong try again “ message. So damn annoying!!!! Total waste of money and time!!!

App keeps hanging up when trying to enter DOB for sweat patches scan. Can’t use - waste of money.
Sweat Patch with Forgetful App
Tried using the sweat patch. Everything went ok. Finished exercise, took a few times to get the scan picture acceptable. Then I was prompted for questions about the exercise, had to wait a few minutes before I could come up with how much I drank. Too slow to enter that I guess, the app resets and prompts me to scan the patch. So it lost all the info entered, including the patch scan. Since the patch keeps filling up with sweat as time goes on, my results are now messed up. Wasted a patch. Why does the app develop ammesia after a few minutes? Please fix.

Sweat patch
Wouldn’t scan the patch no matter how hard I tried after my workout. Pretty upset as I wanted to get someone information on how my body works during a workout but guess not wasted my 2 patches for nothing

The camera will not focus on the patch resulting in all scans failing.
Can't open app
I downloaded the app I was trying to the app it opens to the lightning bolt and boots me back to my Home Screen on my iPad
Big Brand Fail
A brand as big as Gatorade, promoting the app through the sale of the Gatorade sweat patch and smart bottle, you would think that they would have a working app where you could AT LEAST get past the sign in page. Nope. And looking at 4 years of reviews, nothing has changed. What are we doing here besides wasting time and people’s money?

Camera won’t scan the sweat patch
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and I’ve used three different sweat patches and none of them get scanned by the camera. Camera won’t focus on the patch at all or scan it. It’s been a waste of money.
App Doesnt work
I bought a Gx bottle and everytime I try and sign into the app, it gets to the part asking if I want to allow notifications. No matter what I click after that it gives me a red banner sign at the bottom saying “Your session has expired. Please login again.” I’ve deleted the app multiple times and the same thing keeps happening.

Can’t login
I recently bought the GX bottle and was excited to see how it worked with the app. I can’t login and repeatedly get either “Session Timed Out” right after I hit the notification button to accept them or I get “Hmmm something went wrong.”
This is truly sad to see as this issue is still happening after viewing previous reviews. Come on Gatorade, you’re better than this.

Could have widgets and Dynamic Island stuff
It a good app but I wish that for my smart bottle I hade stuff so I could look at my phone and It would tell me how much water I have had

Can you add AppleHealthKit integration to track “water” similar to how “Hidrate” does it? Would be more convenient! Thanks!
Can’t create an account!
Won’t allow me to create an account after following all prompts and creating a password matching their criteria. Have tried several times. Killing in the app, deleting and re-downloading.

Same issues as others. I get a “hmm, looks like something went wrong” error after allowing notifications and cannot sign in.
