Sucks

Audio guide did not work. So what’s the point?

Gross nonsense

For an experience that’s already hugely overpriced (the building is wonderful but the leeches running it now have nothing to do with that), having to download a stupid app is insult on top of injury. Unfortunately this experience of incredible art from over a century ago is bogged down by so much modern techno-slop and incessant opportunities to suck more money out of the customer

Oh plus why do they get to call it Gaudí app when it’s just Casa Batlló also Palau Güell is 15€ to visit and only 5€ with the guide for the modernism route discount pack!!

Pointless

Required to download app just to access purchases tickets. The app requests a lot of data access, like location and tracking across apps. Obviously a forced data grab.

Waste of time!

Waste of time, full of expensive souvenirs, uninteresting views, and crowded.

App is whatever

Great except for…

Bro I wanted to use my points to get things but you have to spend 50 euro at least to get the things but the rest of the app was okay ish. 😭 :(

Waste of time

While I was on line with my family the employees encourage me to download this app for an audio tour. I never heard of that before but I didn’t question it. I go to the App Store and download it and it apparently takes almost an hour to download. Why? I thought this was supposed to be an audio tour, what am I downloading that takes an hour? I Decided to look over the reviews for an answer and found nothing but horrible reviews. So I canceled the download. Turns out I didn’t even need the app because they gave you an audio device to listen to anyway. What was the point of telling me to download the app? But I gotta say the reviews were probably the funniest I’ve ever read in my life. 10/10 reviews. My family and I were cracking up on line reading them.

Scam

In my honest opinion, this app is a tourist scam

Great architecture, garbage app logic

Apparently, in 2026, looking at a building requires more technical support than a mainframe. Forced to download a proprietary app just to show a QR code for a ticket I already bought? Check.

But the real "genius" is the registration logic. The app lets you sign up with any email, but if it doesn't perfectly match your purchase email, it has a total meltdown. Instead of a helpful "Hey, your emails don’t match" prompt, it gives you a mini-heart attack by claiming "Your purchase ticket info is not there." Nothing says "vacation vibes" like the app gaslighting you into thinking your tickets disappeared because the developers couldn't handle basic validation. If you’re going to force a download, at least make sure the code can map two identical strings. Total disaster.

Joke of an app

I have to download an app to use a ticket i paid for? What’s wrong with this, might as well just announce your shipping my data to china

Sick of needing to download another useless app

Why do I need to download your stupid app to gain access to the tickets I bought? Really?? What’s wrong with you people? Nobody wants this. It’s just frustrating and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

stupid won’t even let me register or use as a guest
