Great bank and overall good app
Everything works great besides the mobile deposit, other than that, happy happy!
Crashes often and money not available until 10 am
Crashes often and money that you deposit is not applied to your account until 10 am AFTER everything else is deducted at 7 am. There’s no grace period for deposits on the mobile app like other banks. This is how the credit union makes its money ripping off its customers. Do the deposits first THEN the deductions and you might keep your customers in the future.

Awkward App and constantly needs Tobe re downloaded
Not the greatest, mobile deposits have some specific instructions about how to endorse the check, which I was only given by calling the bank and speaking with an employee. They need instructions on the app if it’s not a simple “sign, take a picture of the check and submit” like my other bank is. Not to mention, I have re-downloaded this app at least 4 times in the last 2 months. It always crashes as soon as it’s opened. Honestly not impressed with my GCFCU experience. With the app, or in person.

Be nice if it worked....
I would have given it a five star review if the mobile deposit feature worked. Also, when you take the check (that you had to sign a certain way to deposit it through the app) to the bank- they cannot help you. The ability to check my balances and transfer money between accounts with this app is simplistic and functional. However, the bad experience with the mobile deposit feature losses stars. It's a basic function that should have been fixed on the app and the bank employee I spoke with should have been able to deposit my check, not give me a string of reasons why she could not help me and I was just out of luck.
