이용 초반엔 주행 끝나고 나서 끄지 않은 앱 그대로 들어가면 바로 사용 현황이랑 반납하기 버튼이 나오더니 요즘은 무조건 앱 처음 켰을때 초기화면으로 나오네요. 반납 할 때마다 앱 껐다 켜기를 반복합니다. 몇초 더 벌려는 전략인가요?

How in god green earth is anyone supposed to ride this and not just assume it’s a normal bicycle. It doesn’t coast, it doesn’t go fast unless you drive into it like you’re going up a hill. Getting into any traffic scenarios, which is common here in Hue, will leave you wondering. It’s about as useful as a skateboard and as cheap if you go buy a bike when you arrive for your few days. A few weeks and I promise you should just buy a bike. E bikes have progressively gotten worse but this one is the worst I’ve used. Last few days was wild to try and empty the money I couldn’t so I decided to use a piss poor product. If you want something to suck this bad at least let two people use the same account so you can buddy ride. Good luck. It works, so that’s good.

Charged me money and couldnt let me ride
Took my money.
Bike wouldn’t unlock and it charged me. I want my money and credit back. I also want a refund.
