So bad it’s comical
How in god green earth is anyone supposed to ride this and not just assume it’s a normal bicycle. It doesn’t coast, it doesn’t go fast unless you drive into it like you’re going up a hill. Getting into any traffic scenarios, which is common here in Hue, will leave you wondering. It’s about as useful as a skateboard and as cheap if you go buy a bike when you arrive for your few days. A few weeks and I promise you should just buy a bike. E bikes have progressively gotten worse but this one is the worst I’ve used. Last few days was wild to try and empty the money I couldn’t so I decided to use a piss poor product. If you want something to suck this bad at least let two people use the same account so you can buddy ride. Good luck. It works, so that’s good.

지쿠 VVIP인데요 환승 없어진거까진 괜찮은데 지쿠중에 불량이 너무 많습니다 배터리가 많든 적든 페달 돌리기 힘들고 따릉이보다 느린 자전거가 너무 많아 급하게 등교할때 자꾸 지각 합니다 그리고 자꾸 왜인지 모르겠는데 가끔 거리가 이상하게 찍히고 시간도 훨씬 많이 나와서 더 비싸게 결제하는 경우가 꽤 있습니다 얼른 고쳐주시면 좋겠네요

Vvip 매번700점까지 꽉꽉 채워가면서 타는데요 말도 안되는 이유로 환승 없앤거 진짜 맘에 안드는데 다시 돌려주세요 그냥 돈 더 벌려는 심보로 밖에 안보여요 그럼 뭐 탈 때마다 낮에 800원 내고 밤에 1000원씩 지쿠케어 내고싶지도 않은돈 매번 내가면서 타라는거임? 기존에 있던거 그것마저도 12시간인데 어이가 없네요 그리고 1분만 타도 2분찍히는 것도 고쳐주세요 걍 돈독 개올랐네 고칠때까지 안 탑니다

가격은 타사처럼 구독료도 올리고 자전거는 과거에 비해 많이 없어졌습니다 자전거 업그레이드 하시는거 알고 있습니다 그리고 자전거 좀 더 깔아주세요 서울대입구역쪽 더 깔아주세요 자전거도 없어서 걸어다니면서 찾아다니고 있습니다 이러고 구독료를 올려요?ㅋㅋㅋ 어이없네 고객이 많이 이탈할껍니다

ลองขี่เล่นๆปั่นสบายจริงความเร็วตัด20-25 ระยะทางก็แค่ปั่นวนยุกับที่ลองเทสดูก็ขึ้น 11 บาท ลองปั่นไปซือของที่ตลาด 13นาที เสียเงิน39บาท บ้าไปแล้วนั่งมอไซค์ไกลกว่านี้ยังถูกกว่าทุเรศจัดแถมต้องเติมเงินคาไว้ ขั้นต่ำ 10บาท เติมไป50 ปั่นไปตลาดก็หมดแล้วบ้าแล้วราคานี้นั่งแก๊ป นั่งวิน คุ้มกว่าจักรยานคนรวยเลยแบบนี้

Slow and expensive
Expensive, bad UI hard to navigate. Not fast at all at least not faster than a regular bike. If you park your bike in the wrong place this greedy app won’t warn you but just fine 100 baht.also it doesn’t let you delete the payment method is illegal!!!

Mình thuê xe đi sau đó đã lên app tạp dừng đi nhưng xe vẫn tiếp tục trừ tiền 1 phút 2k mk đi uống nước 30p sau quay lại đã trừ 91k trong khi mk ko đi.Xe đạp rất mệt và ko nhẹ nhàng đâu. KHUYÊN THẬT MN KO NÊN ĐI XE NÀY. M là ng Huế lần đầu cx như lần cuối sử dụng. HÈN GÌ NG HUẾ KO DÙNG. XE TỰ NGẮT ĐIỆN VÀ DỪNG LẠI LIÊN TỤC.

Took money at start of ride for ‘credits’ and thought when that ran out they would want me to add more. Nope, just another $70 added at end of ride. Never again for me
