The app logs me out randomly. It is quirky and they deny our claims the first time. Every time. 1 star cause 0 isn’t an option.

It’s a zero!!!! Worst possible service, medical assistance concept conceivable. Spend hours satisfying hoops to jump just to get pennies reimbursed of my own money.

Helpful Staff Easy and Convenient App
The GDI staff is always super helpful when I call. The app makes submitting claims and tracking my accounts very easy and convenient. Convenient.

Too many claim denials. Very annoying when it is my own money.
Solid app
I’m getting used to using it more and more. Easy to upload receipts, but I wish you had less options to choose from with regards to all the medical expenses. Why do you type a description if you also have to choose a category? Just a thought….
