Useless since update
50% off for first order if done on new app, tried 3 times over 2 weeks but app won’t accept any payment method. Went into store & was told they have problems with app payments so I can order at tills but have to pay full price!!

Terrible app. Constantly receiving an error when attempting to access basket. Something along the lines of “phone_number_pickup” error when I try to access checkout. Same error on website too. Guess they don’t want my order so tried elsewhere.
Scam
App doesn’t work for offers and staff at restaurant say to use the website which also charges full amount after saying discount will apply at checkout. Then after scamming a lot of people they delete the app and make a new one to repeat the scam and delete the negative reviews.
Frustrating experience
I was at the Brent Cross outlet and was already signed in to that location, but the app still asked me to select the restaurant before I could place my order. The location search then failed to find Brent Cross, so I couldn’t complete my order at all. This really defeats the purpose of ordering through the app. Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon.

Don’t even bother had to pay full price just a joke I am broke and in need of ultimate + eafc27 and now I’m spending £14 on a musty cold kebab with 80% salad and cold meat that tasted like feet

Does have the chadwell heath store on the app - staff members haven’t been guided on a workaround so they said wouldn’t allow the 2 for 1 Tuesday deal for me due to the app not recognising the store
Apple Pay is back
Pleased this has been brought back as it had vanished from the old app.
Worst app ever
Don’t waste your time, they take your money but an error message comes up saying amount has to be greater than 0. Nonsense, go on just eat or uber eats and take an extra hit of the sake of £7. Disappointing

They take your money when ordering and then give you an error message. I've tried multiple different cards

The app doesn’t even work no matter what I do it keeps saying “oops location address is not fully configured” save your time and just use Ubereats or Deliveroo!
