I don’t know what these issues about logging into the app are. I went to a basketball game, didn’t know about this app. Downloaded and set up in 3 minutes and got in no issues. This is only my first use of the app but it seems smooth so far.

Good concept Bad consequences for student

Requiring use of this app over student ID requires students to have a smartphone, placing undue financial burden on those who can’t afford. It also requires you to show up stupid early to baseball games and wait for them to start vs historical methods where you could go get your ticket two hours early and then wait to enter immediately before the game started.

Account Creation

Terrible platform. Can’t even get passed the initial “login page” because it keeps saying account not found. First page says use email and #89 for username and password, I wonder if they mean email and password. App needs proper directions and clarity.
