Says I have an account but password doesn’t work so I reset it then it says invalid account. The customer service says nothing is wrong so I have my wife try making a new account same thing. Nice, go back to regular tickets this is a headache

Terrible app

Won’t even let you sign in. Now have 4 front row seats events that I won’t be earning points for like I used to. Shoukd just delete the app as a whole since it doesn’t work for absolutely nobody!

Don’t work

Can’t login to my account but can login to ticket master app no problem.

Won’t sign in

Won’t sign into my account even though I have verified that I’m using the right login in per signing into Ticketmaster account before hand. Tried deleting app and re downloading but still doesn’t work

Doesn’t work - white screen after login

It used to work. Now it doesn’t. I get to the login screen, put my info in and it processes but then just goes to a blank white screen with a “close” button at the bottom. When you hit that button it just goes back to the login splash page.
