Says I have an account but password doesn’t work so I reset it then it says invalid account. The customer service says nothing is wrong so I have my wife try making a new account same thing. Nice, go back to regular tickets this is a headache
Terrible app
Won’t even let you sign in. Now have 4 front row seats events that I won’t be earning points for like I used to. Shoukd just delete the app as a whole since it doesn’t work for absolutely nobody!

Won’t sign into my account even though I have verified that I’m using the right login in per signing into Ticketmaster account before hand. Tried deleting app and re downloading but still doesn’t work
Doesn’t work - white screen after login
It used to work. Now it doesn’t. I get to the login screen, put my info in and it processes but then just goes to a blank white screen with a “close” button at the bottom. When you hit that button it just goes back to the login splash page.
App problem
The app won’t let me login, it just goes to a white screen when I click login.

The app has been improved to provide easy ways to redeem points, use those points for prizes, and a great feeling apart of the Wild Season Ticket member community!

Can’t access tickets
You’re prompted to log in with your Ticketmaster information, and then brought to a screen that says “download our app” or “close”. Upon hitting close I’m again asked to log in?
Will not login
Crappy app. Was good until I got a new phone iphone 11 and now it won’t open after logging into it. It just states to download it from the app store.
App does not work!
App no longer works. I can’t see fan photos, I can’t see rewards, I can’t check in or say I am watching. It’s a pretty worthless app. Lots of bugs that need to be fixed! I’m losing rewards because I can’t do a lot of things! Fix please!!!!!

Broken app
Downloaded it just to log in for it to then direct me to a download the app from the App Store as I’m currently in the app. Waste of time.

Endless login loop
I input my credentials into the app to login, it takes me to a page to download the app, which I am already in. Until they fix this it is useless.
Wild rewards
This app is garbage you would think that a pro NHL team would have a better app. I can log into my Ticketmaster account just fine but using that info to log into Wild rewards it does not recognize
Will not let me bid
I cannot bid on Auction items. It gives me a black white screen once I hit submit.

Whenever I try to log in (with the correct info) probably 1000 times and it says “account not found” everytime

Much needed Apple Wallet Support
Since the whole Xcel Energy Center is now credit card or digital payment. You should be able to put your season ticket holder barcode in the Apple Wallet as well so that’s it’s easier for your season ticket holders to earn points when they are using digital payments. The app says it supports Apple Wallet but I don’t see anything that uses it. Please help us out. Thanks.
