App will often crash or whirl when trying to book a class.
Needs more
This app just feels outdated, like it was made in 2005! I can’t add my card details to my account, it doesn’t pull my card details from Safari or doesn’t offer Apple Pay, instead I have to either type in all the details or switch to Settings and pull the details from auto fill in Safari, then have to follow some crazy telephone formatting. Why can’t I just type my telephone number? Come on developers, this is 2024, we have a labour government who want to throw money at everything, hire some proper talent and suggest building new Leisure Centres on green belt?

Simply incorrect timetables
Over the bank holiday the timetables seemed to change randomly. Although there is a pull to refresh it doesn’t appear to refresh the data. I’ve manage to book into a non existent swimming session. When I turned up the session I had booked onto wasn’t running. It could be a good app, if your lucky and the slot you book is accidentally at the same time as an actual session.
