PlayStation network card
I bought a PlayStation network card for my USA account for 25$ which clearly says immediate online delivery.
It’s been 3 days now I have sent 5 emails no response yet I have called their local branches and they said they have sent request to online team just sending me back and forth and at the end they say the product is out of stock with vendor. Now I don’t know what happens to the payment I made.After 3 days and so much what’s app chats and calls and emails .
Seriously the worst experience ever if their would had been an option for 0 star I would had given that.

Some times Problem sending the digital code
Some times when buying a digital code for game the don’t send the code and you have to contact them and wait to there answer.
Horrible app
Digital cards that are available on your website are not available on your app. Such an inconvenience. So I started buying from your website. Now you locked my account on your website and when i contacted customer service they were no help at all.
Very slow to upload digital codes
Quicker and less hassle to go with other vendors. Constant delays in providing my digital codes. Then numerous complicated card and account verification processes which make no sense. Strongly not recommended!

Paid $200 and didn’t get code
I paid $200 for an Apple digital gift card and they didn’t give me the code, just took the money.
Worst Point system
The GEEKAY app’s point system is really disappointing. The way it’s designed makes it almost impossible to reach higher tiers like Platinum. Every time a full year passes, old invoices expire and your points drop — so even if you spend a lot, your total goes down instead of going up. Basically, you have to keep spending more and more just to maintain your level, which doesn’t feel fair or rewarding at all. The system needs to be improved so customers can actually benefit from their loyalty, not lose progress over time.

لا يوجد مصداقية، قمت بشراء بطاقة ايتوينز 10$ وتم الخصم مني ولم يصل كود ورقم البطاقة الى بريدي الالكتروني او رقم جوالي،وقمت بالتواصل مع فريق كم بالدوحة ولا يوجد رد وبعد المحاولات الطويلة المتكررة تم الرد،وقالوا : هذا ليس اختصاصنا
لست مهتم بالقيمة المالية بقدر المصداقية والتعامل 👎🏻

Really annoying
Before they was perfect really with the instant digital cards, but know it keep saying can’t generate code now keep trying later, whats happen here and what about our money? It’s easy to collect but not easy to refund !!!!

Big scam
Took my money and didn’t refund it and put me on hold for 3 weeks
Gift card not delivered
Ordered iTunes card of 300$ value , three days and still not delivered when it’s a simple code that need to be on the vault in the app. Went to the physical store in Dubai Hills and the guys there say they can do nothing for me. The call center is an answer machine that only ask you to submit a support email. It’s not professional to not be able to communicate with any human to resolve an issue for such a big brand in UAE.
