Customer service

Gemiini has poor customer service, especially shocking since they deal with families stressed to the max with a child (or children) with special needs. Sad.

Buggy and difficult to cancel

Gemiini requires you to provide payment information at the very beginning and it is WILDLY difficult to cancel. There is a phone number dedicated to cancellation, but I doubt it’s ever staffed. I’ve called three times now and wait 20 minutes until they force you to leave a message, but I’ve never received a call back. Terrible service.

My daughter did a lot of echolalia and watching these videos made her verbalise her needs much more. It’s like watching the videos taught her that she could ask things. Wonderful stuff.
