After pay the online bill still no update the bill amount immediately, how long only can update on apps?

I use this app to book swimming. Last three attempts to book and each time no QR code after payment. Also UI glitches and shopping cart not working as expected indicate shoddy processes behind the scenes. If this is acceptable standard by MBSJ then I have little confidence in them providing digital protection in their apps for its millions? of residence.
