Iāve seen apps for kids make this look like trash, which it is! Have to constantly delete it and reinstall as per dispatch. The bugs are terrible. Constantly report them and no one responds back. This app is actually the worst on here, and god help you if your work place decides to use it!

This app is costing a lot of people their livelihoods, and it feels like no one is paying attention ā including ExxonMobil. I wonder if they realize how many lives are being affected by not addressing this issue properly.

Worst technology for the oilfield
App tracks you 24/7 even when not using. always updating bug fixtures and half the time it is worse than before canāt log out when you need to walk sync tickets. drains the battery quicker than other tracker apps.

Yep you read right again. This app is a failure and wants to watch you 24/7/365. So they can get ai information from you!!!! Also it will not reset when the previous drive fails to log out of the truck. You have to delete it and reinstall itā¦ what a failure

Work great on the first day and then it crashed. Never has worked right. Engage app ten times better and this was a waste of money
2nd phone in a year burned out from malware
App pings gps every 30 seconds even when logged out. Has malicious malware in updates Verified by Norton, not recommended to use on personal devices. Oil&gas app doesnāt even work when cell signal is lowā¦. Seriously? Tapped into truck mounted meters I can see everything my phone does. And shouldnāt have to delete and reinstall an app after every button pressā¦. Just to get it to do what it was ādesignedā to do

Privacy concern
My phone was recently hacked due to the last update. It gave the genie permission to my files, which resulted in malicious files being saved in my phone. Will be consulting with a professional over this. We shouldnāt be forced to use this app as a means to make a living, when it jeopardizes or privacy and security.

Crashed for the 35th time
This program is so bad that it just keeps locking up throwing away orders. This program has to be deleted and reinstalled at least once a week. It is great for the office people when it works. But the people out in the field have problems and when there is no phone service it also throws away orders. And donāt even get me started about the hardware they come and only fix one truck a week and thatās it. When there are a bunch of trucks with the systems down
