How do you expect anyone to work on these new units when you have to delete and download the app 15 times before getting into it

Problem connecting

Connection problems just about every time I try to work on a generator

Does not support Generac 48kw XG

As the title states, I was unaware that this app did not support this generator. I am left with having zero ability for this generator to communicate back as there is zero cellular connection in my area and only WiFi. When trying to connect, the serial number just shows as “Generac” and refuses to connect as the serial number doesn’t match the prepared status. It would be nice if support was added for the new XG generators with the new cell module that run on the PowerZone 410 controller.

Not very good

Often doesn’t work smoothly and very rarely offers solutions more than “try again”. The old way of setting up generators was quicker overall and certainly much more consistent.
