Great app for Geneva airport
Very useful for tracking flights
Worthless
Trying to use this app to connect to free Wi-Fi will make you want to throw your phone across the terminal. The best part is that you’re told to scan your ticket to connect to free Wi-Fi, but when you scan your ticket you get a message that says you have to be connected to Wi-Fi to scan your ticket. And the directions are terrible.

Easy to use and accurate
App still has a few small bugs but overall much better than most other airport apps. Easy to navigate, accurate, and simple to use. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 just for the small bugs.

It's well made app to display flight info
I use it to track fights and actual departure times of the regularly delayed London flights
Unreliable
The GVAapp is wholly unreliable and I am considering uninstalling it from my IOS devices. It still shows a flight arriving on time whereas its 3+ hour delay was announced two hours ago. The app is so bad that it even incorrectly shows the temperature at the airport to be 1°C while it is actually 12°C according to MeteoSuisse. The most important feature of airport apps is timely and accurate information upon which users can rely and have confidence. The GVAapp fails horribly in this regard, rendering it useless and of no value to me.

Can’t get past the Terms of Use. Nowhere to accept them so unable to get into the app itself

Flaky doesn’t begin to describe it
I installed this app on two iPhone SEs within 5 minutes of each other.
The first opened as far as the Terms of Use screen , but the Accept button was not displayed, so there seemed no way to progress. Sheer luck / frustration meant that I must have tapped the space where the “accept” Byron should have displayed.
The second installation showed the screen where you can scan your boarding pass, but then crashed the app completely.
So if you are lucky you get through the installation process and there appears to be useful info, if not it is COMPLETELY USELESS. Question is - do you feel lucky?

Very basic information
You will get all basic information about arrivals and departures, but that’s it. Even if the airport experiences major problems such as a runway closure, there is no news section providing any information.

For parking and meeting people this is marvellous. Public transport for bus and rail pretty good too.
BUT trying to buy a priority pass to go thru security quickly is difficult. I have even managed to get to the stage when I have paid for a pass but not been able to retrieve it.
When I got to the airport security staff were unable to help. They referred me to the Help Desk where they tried long and hard, but without succcess.
So, a good app for 90% + of what it's supposed to do. But a disaster in a small but important area.
