Not working
Very low effort app, not working ("products could not be loading") and ugly.
Poor app
A very bad app. It kept flashing “please check your pickup location is correct” about 100 times.
Then it didn’t allow me to enter my cc details.
Please invest some money into some decent app developers, it’s not hard.

Great to order a taxi in advance
I booked my taxi in advance and it was waiting for me on time. Overall satisfied it’sfaster than going through the call line. One thing to improve would be to cancel how it sends pop ups every time it recognises my adress (not needed), but overall good !
Doesn’t work
Keeps saying internet unavailable although I checked and my internet is working perfectly well. I updated the app still same issue. Uber and all other apps work fine!
Not smart technology
I downloaded the app, enter my credit card as payment method. 1st time I used it the driver couldn’t charge my card saved in the app. Either it’s not possible to ravel cashless or the driver didn’t understand how to work the app.
Either way it was a bad experience. I might as well have used any other taxi and paid cash.
