App does not work
Constantly encountering bugs when trying to use the app. I’ve never seen a worst performing app on the iPhone.
Constantly get a “unable to authenticate” error when trying to order online. I’ve tried reinstalling and clearing cache but it never fixes any of these. Guess I’ll never eat here, lost my business.

Bad experience
This my favorite spot and last night was just so bad first the waitress taking the wrong bowl to clients & then a bowl size was small so watch them just throw it in a smaller bowl just messy. Then arguing with other waitress because she didn’t know who food was who, but I can say the short dark skin guy just looked stressed out because he had to literally slice all her problems and going back fourth about everything in the store when they’re other few worked. He’s a good guy to be handling all himself. But that one lady I never seen just was messing everything up. I didn’t even get my phone I just watched a mess last night while waiting on my to go food.

Why is there no potatoes or cilantro in the list? And an option for double noodles/rice needs to be added when ordering a large bowl. I like to share a large and we need this added!!

Best Deal in Town, And Healthy & Delicious
I love trying to fit as much as I can in a medium bowl and then noshing on it over a couple of days. My challenge is it’s SO GOOD i sometimes can’t stop! I get at least two meals of high quality meats, fruits & veggies and that fits with a strict diet I’m doing as part of a New Year’s resolution. This place is a hidden gem for anyone working out or who just wants to eat delicious healthy food at a very fair price.

Big changes from emphasis on make your own bowl! I appreciate efforts to offer lower cost entree options, but Bangkok was disappointing . Too few wimpy carrot shreds, tough sugar snaps without tough ends removed!! Too few veggies and mediocre seasoning

I just love this place. The manager Juan is so friendly, accommodating, and makes you feel like you’re the only Customer. It is so comforting and wonderful, going to a place where the food is fun to make and tasty. I would like to give a shout out to Noris also,who did a great job preparing my food on the grill the way I like it if you go expect to have fun and say a big hello to Juan and Noris for me.

Overpriced for portion size, always flooded with oil, never a proportionate amount of veggies, and app doesn’t allow substitutions.
We downloaded the app and have no idea where the buy one get one free code is
Our waitress and the manager has no idea how to give us the buy one get one free offer. We only came here to access this code and now we are forced to spend full amount of purchases when the email clearly states buy one get one free. There isnt even a customer service number to call either
Terribly Surprised
I went to Genghis grill last night for dinner with my wife, and found that the store had changed.
I wasn’t even greeted at the door. The person at the front was talking with staff over at the cooking grill.
I was surprised to find out that I was given a bowl, and then my food was returned prepared and served in a cardboard bowl.
When I made my order, I realize that you no longer have brown rice, and I was given an option of white rice or fried rice, of which neither one was mix with the ingredients, but put on the side of the bowl.
And then to my surprised my cost for a small bowl with a drink for two was $35.
Most likely I won’t return. And I deleted my app.

ABEL was our server…from the jump, this young man was an asset, and a tremendous example of a “Good Server!!”
He was professional, courteous, friendly…handled every aspect of our meal without any problems, and took care of all our needs!
The food was equally delicious, hot, and flavourful!! Neither of our dishes were in need of anything!
We will be returning here for more opportunities such as this evening!!
