What’s the point of updating the app if the bugs make it unusable… I can’t even import my slides, the app just stalls

Worse than before
The last app had its issues, but at least it functioned. I haven't successfully recorded a single lecture on this app, either due to high wait times to load the app, or completely lack of functionality with the record button. This used to be a great accessibility tool for me, but now I'm having to record all my lectures with voice memo, send it to my computer, convert it to mp3, then upload it to the website. I hope this gets fixed soon as I use this as my primary notetaking software. I found the change from Glean to Genio frivolous, but now it's impacted my ability to take notes.

Fine but has bugs
It just glitches a lot while loading a transcription and has to refresh frequently. I can’t listen back to lectures because every time I tap to go to a section I wanna hear, it glitches or refreshes and either goes back to the beginning, or takes me out of the lecture notes (to the dashboard). Once this is fixed the app would be good
Another small bug is that for bullet points you can‘t do multiple; it just submits them each as separate notes you enter, which is annoying
Not really an issue, but I’m also sad that the “Review” button (with the little thinking emoji) while taking notes is gone. I like the new “Confused” button because now I can use the “Important” button for actually important concepts or announcements or whatever, but I also liked having the “Review” button :(

Glitching
I really like the app if it didn’t glitch a lot of times when I try to click something outline a glitches back to the recording or when I try to do a quiz it glitches and restarts I know it’s not my Wi-Fi because I’m playing other games and going on other apps on my iPad and they’re working perfectly fine with the Wi-Fi I’m using. I don’t know why it keeps doing this, but it’s getting really annoying, especially when I’m trying to look at highlights or the translation because it just keeps glitching back

Lots of bugs
The web browser is great, but the previous phone app never gave me the issues this one is. I can’t see the notes I write. I can’t tell if it’s recording. Honestly feels unfunctional.
