Customer support doesn’t reply
Spent $25 for premium but still stuck with basic plan. I messaged the support team 2 weeks ago and they have yet to reply. Sent another message 2 days ago and still no reply even though they say within 24 hours. Terrible service.

You can sign but the rectangle insertable are not fillable therefore you can’t redact out the document.

I’m still working on it but I have over 20 years of photos shot from an iPhone on Apple on the highest quality photo with all the Meta data always saved on purpose. It’s all gone and everything has been changed to JP that’s over 14,000 photos I want to shut down

And I'm sure Genius Fax is too; I just hope I'm never going to have to send a fax anywhere again. But Genius Sign and Genius Scan make me wish the Genius team designed every iOS app. These apps are powerful, intuitive, and stable, which is, sadly, a very rare combination anymore.
I'm subscribing to Genius Sign, even though I very rarely have use for it, just because I want to support the developers and, when I do have use for the app, it's priceless. I'd like to subscribe to Genius Scan, which I use more frequently, but it's quite a bit pricier, and unfortunately I can't really afford that right now. I wish I could pay Genius Scan's subscription price and get full access to all of the Genius apps for that. But as it is, my subscription to Genius Scan will have to wait.
If you can afford it though, and have use for an outstanding scanning app and an outstanding app for signing documents on your phone, I'm sure you cannot do better than Genius Scan and Genius Sign. In my opinion these two apps leave nothing to be desired. ♥️

Reliable and easy
Relied on this app for years for work, home and miscellaneous scans that can be uploaded instantly when crunched on time. This app never let me dow.

I really wish there was a better color option. White on orange is extremely hard to see - so only 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars if the text was easier to read

My problem
I use as few apps as I can, and I like Genius Scan however I mainly use it on my iPhone and it never comes up as an option to sign a document while other do..

Instructions vague and you can only add one image per document.
One of my friends recommended me this app. They could have been talking about a different one because I’m SURE this is not what anybody would like. The directions were things like “Now make the text larger” yet providing no instructions on how to do so. Then I tried to add a few images to a document but they only allowed one at a time. If there is anyway to add another image they should have said that in the directions. IN ALL: I think the people who made this app were in a rush.

I needed to sign a document and did not want to use DocuSign, Sign Now, or Adobe. I remembered I had the Genius scan and the Genius sign. I looked into it to see what was more financially prudent, and it was Genis Sign. It was easy to create my signature and initials. It was easy to open my document within the app. The best part is that the app is $19.99 for the year. What? Double-take!!! Absolutely, a great value, easy app to navigate, sign whenever, & sign your docs on the fly. Thank you for making a signing app so affordable!
