Suggestions
I appreciate the app's functionality and performance, and I have some strong suggestions that will significantly enhance the user experience on both the app and web platform.
Firstly, implementing a feature that remembers user preferences—such as the option to start on the timeline or the jobs list, along with their preferred filter settings like new, on hold, and in progress—would be incredibly beneficial.
Regarding the timer function, it’s clear that many in the tech community don’t utilise it. Adding manual fields for start and end times would be a valuable enhancement. Also, since companies often compensate contractors in rounded time slots (15 or 30 minutes), allowing users to specify their preferred time slots in their profiles would streamline the billing process. This adjustment would enable the app to calculate the corresponding time units effectively, making it much easier for contractors to bill directly using calculated units rather than doing so manually.
For the web application, I strongly recommend integrating filters to enhance usability. Filters for date ranges, completed tasks, and recently updated items would vastly improve the overall experience.
Additionally, the copy-and-paste function from the job notes needs to be addressed. It can be frustrating when clicking on the note text field collapses, and selecting the note without dragging the cursor outside collapses the field. The text field should dynamically adjust in size, or users should have the option to expand or shrink it as needed.
Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Bad experience
Unable to register. But right now they have all my information
Very useful application
It makes the work routine much easier, with several functions for teams and an organized schedule. Very good.
Nice app… BUT. Teething issues.
Nice app.. but do be warned that it lays out invoices the wrong way round.
Adds tax to your grand total by default.. and lays it out for the customer to pay.
For example
8 hours at £25 an hour is £200
Times that by 5 days is £1000 right?
Less tax at 20% :£200
Gives you an take home wave of £800
But for some reason the invoice lays this all out backwards and gives you a total take home of £1000 and puts your income at the top of £800. Then adds the tax?
Never seen an invoice like that..
And there is no way of changing the layout as it is disabled in the app.. and it’s not clear in the system how to change it.
Hope they can sort this.. as if I gave an invoice like this my customer would think I was trying to screw them over. Especially if it ADDS discounts to instead of taking a discount off as well.
Yeah needs a look at.. apps good main online system is buggy and not working right.
Try else where for now but watch this space.. deffo worth keeping an eye on as it will be good.. just not yet.
