Unstable on iOS
Works mostly as expected. On trying to add bills, any company name search ends in the app crashing. Additionally, bill barcode scanning doesn’t seem to work. Finally, I can’t seem to sync my Orange account to add the bill in the app. I spoke to both Orange and BCR support and they suspect an incompatibility for clients transferred over from ROMTELECOM. Transfers mostly work but they require extra information from the bill and a transfer fee applies.

It is perfect, needs slight improvements
It is better than many other banking apps (in Romania), however, now they brought card limits for credit cards as well! Thank you! Following remains:
- you cannot create virtual card and attach to credit card
- you cannot set instalments in the app directly by choosing how many instalments you want
- you cannot request for card limit update while you can choose it when you apply for a card

An awful experience
This app and the workflows to create an account are absolutely ridiculous, when you leave the app it forces you to start from scratch, when you take a selfie it decides automatically when you are ready despite the fact that you are not, and many others issues, is an application created without a single care for the customer experience.

Inutila
Am instalat aplicatia cu gandul sa deschid un cont online.
Urmez primii pasi, ajung la momentul in care sa validez o adresa de email si aici s-a terminat.
1. Daca deschid aplicatia de mail, in aplicatia George procesul se reia de la capat. Nu stiam ca ai nevoie de 2 dispozitive ca sa rulezi o aplicatie.
2. Mailul ce contine codul de confirmare fie nu vine deloc, fie mai tarziu de 5’ ceea ce inseamna ca procesul se reia de la 0.
In concluzie, nu ma pot pronunta asupra performantelor aplicatiei pentru ca nici macar nu pot trece de crearea contului asa ca este inutila.

Face ID authentication not working
After the last patching updates the Face ID unlock and transaction authentication isn’t working anymore. Could you please fix this bug in the next release? Aside from this the app is pretty clean, intuitive UI/UX overall I’m happy using it.
