This app makes you change you password every six months by selecting forgot password, next it ask for your security question, then it would say the answer is wrong when I have it written down plus I remember it. I called customer service and Aaron wasn’t helpful she asked me for my social security number and I advised her I do not give that out over the telephone that I can answer everything else. Then I told her I am not trying to get any information from her just report my problem to the tech support team or email me some troubleshooting information and she refused to do so. I asked for a manager and she denied me that right. Now I see why I stopped using this app.

Is awful
I just downloaded the app and I can’t play because it says my information is not correct even though it is, so it doesn’t let me to buy any tickets.

Your games are awful. You don't win any money nor get any of the bonus games.
Major glitches or scams
I have played a few of the digi games and whenever I seems to be winning, the app suddenly goes out and game’s over. This has happened on a few occasions. I have a recording to prove it.
Sign on issue
Remember me, Face ID and location does not work correctly. Keeps asking for it every time. It doesn’t save selections for it to work.
Password section needs help
I honestly do not like keep changing my password EVERY 6 darn months 🙄 this is very stupid to the FULLEST power. How many damn passwords with a length of 12 words can u remember. GA lottery app needs to calm down during thee most abt these passwords. At this point just do authentication security or let us use a PIN number or something. It’s already bad enough that when I travel outside GA I cannot use the app to play the Diggi games etc 🙄. Again, the password section needs to be updated for better sign in usage.

Inconvenience Store
You can access the games through this app, but the developers make it painful to engage in with the frequent password changes typing in your email twice not being able to see the new password you're typing in. I don't have this much security with my financial institutions. It's a joke.

Georgia 5 and Live Stream
Not sure why they don’t allow you to purchase Georgia 5 draw ticket through the app. Also, please live stream on youtube and post archive footage. Some of us don’t use cable or stream live tv.
Angry GA player
This has got to be the worst lottery app in the country! I’m a truck driver and I play on faithfully! These app developers have to be ashamed of themselves or they just plainly don’t even care at this point! Ridiculous and disgusting!
Scratch Off Tickets Pay More
Yikes. This couldn’t have been worse. It is my own fault and I should have listened to everyone else that left reviews. The instant games really don’t have any reward to keep you interested. They do not allow you any wins to give you back more than you will spend.
Not worth it!
Set up an account and played for a bit. When I wanted to cash my winnings, they make it IMPOSSIBLE. Lottery is quick to take your money from your account which took seconds but refuses to add my bank, debit or Venmo to REDEEM my winnings.. you’ll be stuck waiting 4-6 WEEKS for your money to come in a form of a check . I’ve tried 2 different bank accounts, I’ve tried different debit cards, tried Venmo AND PayPal with no luck of any being accepted… garbage restrictions … at least Virginia has their redemptions set up the RIGHT way

Unable to add money
I’ve tried several times to add funds. Not sure what happened because I was able to do it initially. Over the last year I haven’t been successful

You’re not going to be the “lucky winner”. Do not spend your hard earned money to see if you can have a chance to win back some of the money they have already taken through other means. Don’t play digital games
I been playing the other casino games and WINNING!! Decided to try this app one more time before deleting…. Lost $50 in a few minutes.. this means there were no little wins to keep the games going..that’s not good… I’ll stick with the other casino games… I don’t always win on those but I’ve won quite a bit like I’m at an actual casino..

But you're more likely to win through the website or just buying a real ticket. Never won on the app. The Digi games statistics are way off. I just played 30 games back to back and got zero wins while the ratio is advertised as 1:4.68
Fix software
Please make it where you can put in more than 10 numbers and also you should be able too add all triples without keep going out adding. It would be nice to see every drawing live on app
