Memo for transfers
My credit union app allows me to write a short statement to help me remember why I am transferring money. I wish this app allowed me to do that, too. Still hoping to get this!

Check # isn’t even listed on update
I loved the app two days ago. Had no complaints. Now, an update happened, I’m very frustrated. I just had 200+ checks go out and I went to see which check numbers have gone through. I can’t scroll and see that anymore. They are ALL LABELED “CHECK”, not even slightly helpful. Now I have to click the transaction, then click view image, then wait for it to load, then see what the check number is on the image. What a headache I’m about to have to deal with each day until all those clear. Please give me an option to go back to how it was. If it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it.

This app is easy to use and has always been up to date. Love it.
Not Good at All
Hate that it takes a day to be effective with an internal transfer. I also hate that I still get email alerts even when I shut them off. Why is it that I can’t pay my credit card directly??
Widget gone
I’ve banked with German American for years, my local branch is great! I love being able to use the app on my phone and have a constant accurate balance in my accounts. I am an iPhone user and there used to be a quick balance widget that I utilized all the time! After the recent iPhone update that widget is gone and I can’t find it anymore. That’s pretty disappointing that such a great feature was removed.

Bad Zelle account
Very low limit for Zelle payments. Very difficult to pay via Zelle. I try to pay my other account via Zelle and they don’t allow me to transfer. That’s wired.
Miss the widget!
I really miss the quick balance widget. It hadn’t been updated in forever because it wasn’t truly compatible even with the widgets in iOS 17, but with iOS 18, it’s completely gone.

It’s just easy. I can find everything I need and quickly. I have other banking mobile apps and they don’t compare!
