Great app, password reset does not work

Great app, however I forgot my password, and the system will not send a reset email to me.
Can’t setup a new account because my email already exists.

Not bad

The user interface shows polish, but it isn’t completely intuitive. It’ll work well for an experienced user but a beginner will be lost as to whether what they are doing is correct. Also I can’t tell if it is supposed to be able to fetch my heart rate from my Apple Watch or not. Fundamentally the app is not bad, but it isn’t quite good either.
